Join AWC
Members join for a variety of reasons...mostly to network and get to know other professionals. In reality they gain much more: life-long friendships, new perspectives that add value to their careers, confidence to build leadership skills.
As part of a national involvment, you have the opportunity to support:
- First Amendment and Freedom of Information
- Literacy (in cooperation with Laubach Literacy)
- Gender equity in the communications workplace
- Recognizing the accomplishments of women in communications
National also provides professional certification, awards and recognition, resources such as job board, leadership materials, and news across the chapters. You also have access to other professionals nationwide.
Visit us at a meeting the first Tuesday of each month except July. Lunch is $15.00. Networking at 11:30, lunch/program 12:00-1:00.
